Algo outlines 2019 growth ambitions

Perth-based construction company Algo Ltd has unveiled its plans to increase its £18 million turnover with a successful 2019.

With a newly appointed business development manager, growth of the estimating department, and increased support staff for senior management, Murray Alexander, Algo’s managing director, is positive about the businesses growth plans.

He said: “Algo has gone from strength to strength over the years, with turnover increasing year on year and our clients awarding us projects throughout Scotland. We need to ensure that the workforce are ready for our growth plans, so that the quality of our work is never compromised and our clients are left with the exceptional standard of service they are used to.



“An ambitious training plan has been put in place for 2019, upskilling and building on individual’s strengths on site. I very much look at this as an investment to the business.”

Murray added: “This is important not just to the company, but myself as an employer, as many members of my staff have been with me for a number of years and I look on staff retention and loyalty as an integral part of Algo’s ethos.”
