And finally… Rum do

And finally... Rum do

Kinloch Castle has been put up for sale for just £1.

The castle, which is currently owned by Scottish National Heritage, is located on the Isle of Rum off Scotland’s west coast.

The building is seeking an owner who is prepared to invest millions of pounds to save it from falling further into disrepair, The Scotsman reports.

Interior elements of the building are said to be in perilous condition, with extensive wet and dry rot throughout the property, ceilings requiring maintenance, and chimneys needing to be rebuilt from the ground up.

The estate could require up to £20 million in renovation costs.
