Greggs has submitted a planning application to Glasgow City Council in order to build its first ever Scottish drive-thru restaurant.
The bakery has asked for permission to locate the store in the Great Western Retail Park, at a current car park, near to Burger King and Pizza Hut.
The facility is expected to open seven days a week, 5am to midnight, if the plans are approved.
A decision should be made on May 29.
