Now in their 40th year, the Pride in the Job awards recognise the very best site managers from around the country. Across the UK, Barratt Developments has won 92 Quality Awards this year, more than every other housebuilder.

Barratt Developments has now won more Pride in the Jobs Quality Awards for 16 years in a row, a record unmatched in the industry which shows its commitment to building homes of the highest quality.

Each site manager is judged on a range of key criteria including quality, health and safety, their technical knowledge, customer service and attention to detail. Pride in the Job is the most highly sought-after award in the housebuilding industry in Scotland with just 40 individual winners being chosen in Scotland.

Doug McLeod, regional managing director for Barratt Developments in Scotland, said: “It is great to see that our site managers are rated as amongst the very best in the country for the high quality of the homes they deliver.

“It is now more important than ever that customers have confidence in the homes they are buying, and the mark of a Pride in the Job Quality award shows that their home has been built to the highest of standards.

“We are incredibly proud of the awards won by our teams, which are testament to the hard work and time they put in to each new build home.”
