The Category A listed building, which lies at the heart of Leith’s shore area, is undergoing an extensive upgrade to provide office, retail and leisure outlets.

Core & Protect’s contract involves core drilling and sawing to form openings for new service installations, fire stopping of services, cavity barrier installation, and upgrading the building’s structural fire protection.
