This year’s Scottish Home Awards, held at the Doubletree Hilton Hotel in Glasgow, were judged by a panel of experts drawn from across the sector, bringing together industry experience and market knowledge to recognise the greatest achievements in newbuilding housing across Scotland.

Together with taking home this top industry award, Cruden Homes were also finalists in a further six categories.

Cruden’s Meadowside development is an exclusive development of 81 homes, set in the picturesque village of Aberlady.

The prestigious design and stunning coastal location of these homes has already caught the imagination of buyers – combining all the benefits of village life with convenient commuter links to the country’s capital.

Hazel Davies, sales and marketing director of Cruden Homes, said: “We are extremely proud that our Meadowside development has been recognised by industry experts and our peers for its quality, distinctiveness and design.

“This award is a reflection of our team’s dedication and expertise, from innovative design and quality of delivery, right through to sales and aftercare – collectively making Meadowside such a huge success.”
