How the former Burgh Halls site will look following the redevelopment

The £7.2 million contract will see 49 flats being delivered, along with a commercial unit, within a new iconic building on the site of the former Burgh Halls in Springburn.   

The development, which is due to complete in 2021, will offer 49 energy-efficient flats, 21 of which will be available on a mid-market rental basis with the remaining 28 homes for social rental.



Allan Callaghan, managing director for Cruden Building, said: “We are delighted to work with ng homes on the redevelopment of this site to provide much-needed housing for the area and a commercial space.
