Holmes Miller wins planning approval for 21 Glasgow flats

A proposed restoration, conversion and upgrading of seven townhouses into 21 flats in the Shawlands area in Glasgow has been unanimously approved by councillors.

Designed by Holmes Miller for client Kelvin Properties, the project proposes to reconfigure each original townhouse to provide a maisonette at ground and basement level, a flat at first floor level, and a maisonette at second and third floors.

The scheme will also provide 21 private off-street car parking spaces within a high quality landscaped amenity garden.
