Housing association lodges plans for new Greenock development
Oak Tree Housing Association has submitted plans for 69 new homes in the Bow Farm area of Greenock.
The proposed site at Tay Street and Tweed Street was formerly occupied by multi-storey blocks Pentland Court, Nevis Court and Grampian Court which were cleared more than a decade ago.
Under the plans, there will be 69 new-build two-storey homes, made up of a mixture of houses and cottage flats, on the site. Forty of the homes will have two bedrooms, 26 will have three bedrooms and three will have four bedrooms.
Eighty-nine parking spaces will be provided.
