Jenny joins NHBC from the QBE Group having worked within the insurance sector for the past 20 years. Her previous roles included UK property claims manager at QBE Europe and claims handling centre manager at Allianz.

NHBC chief executive Steve Wood said: “We are very pleased to welcome Jenny to the business.
