Keepmoat builds Scottish supply chain

Keepmoat useKeepmoat is encouraging sub-contractors to attend a supply chain event on Friday 27th November.

The event will provide an opportunity for sub-contractors to meet representatives from the regeneration specialist’s Commercial and Operational teams; to find out more about the company, to explore opportunities of working together and where appropriate sign up to the approved supply list.

Keepmoat’s business in Scotland continues to expand significantly in a diverse range of projects with local authorities and RSL clients. Recent new business highlights include a contract to build 45 new homes in Garvald Street, Greenock for Oak Tree Housing Association, a £17.5 million project with Aberdeen City Council to extensively refurbish seven multi-story tower blocks in the Seaton area of the city, £13m internal and external improvement project at Cedar Court, Glasgow with Queens Cross Housing Association and a £6m heating replacement win with Perth and Kinross Council.

The event at Mercure Hotel, Livingston will run from 9am – 2pm on Friday 27th November and will include:



  • Introduction to the day and talk from Keepmoat’s Regional Managing Director
  • Opportunity to connect with Keepmoat representatives from our operational teams
  • One to one discussions with our procurement and commercial teams


  • Eamonn McGarvey, Keepmoat’s regional managing director in Scotland, said: “We’ve secured a number of new business wins this year and due to this we are looking to expand our current supply chain. It’s a great opportunity for us to meet new sub-contractors and for them to meet us and ask us any questions about our upcoming projects.”
