Maxi Construction secures place on Crown Commercial Service framework
Maxi Construction has secured a place on the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) construction works and associated services framework, the first government-led construction agreement which can be used by the whole public sector.
The Livingston-based contractor has been appointed to Lot 1.1.4 for building works and minor associated civil engineering works and services up to £3 million throughout Scotland.
The seven-year framework is for use by central government departments (and arm’s length bodies) and all other UK public sector bodies, including, but not limited to, local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education, housing, charities, nuclear and devolved administrations.
Maxi Construction’s MD John Aitchison said: “Our appointment to the CCS construction works and associated services framework cements Maxi’s position as a key provider of public sector construction works in Scotland.
“We look forward to working with central government departments and new and existing public sector clients to deliver sustainable public sector facilities.”
