Dundee building services company McGill has appointed Gregor Cunningham as its head of facilities management.

Formerly facilities management projects operations manager for Arthur McKay, Gregor joins with over 15 years’ experience in delivering solutions in facilities management having worked with some of the UK’s most established building services companies, including Mitie and Servest.

Other previous roles for Gregor include program delivery manager at Mitie and senior projects manager at Lloyds Banking Group’s Property Division.



Gregor’s appointment signals the continuing growth of McGill after being acquired by Graeme Carling earlier this year. The newly created role highlights a new direction which sees the company focus on residential, fire & security and facilities management.

CEO Graeme Carling said: “I’m delighted to welcome Gregor to the team and have him join us for the next phase of growth. It is a very exciting time at McGill with many new contracts kicking off and new staff joining. Gregor has vast experience in delivering Facilities Management services and leading a team to deliver quality work for many customers and I’m confident he will help us reach our goals.”
