Designed by EMA Architects, the Tree Tops development will offer a mix of 17 high specification two, three and four-bedroom homes on a stunning hilltop location.

The development features three large detached four-bedroom villas and one further property with three bedrooms. The homes are built to high specifications and include a family-friendly open plan kitchen and dining room. The detached properties have a master bedroom with ensuite and feature a Juliet balcony. All have a garage and spacious gardens front and back.

Tree Tops also offers homebuyers the choice of 12 semi-detached three-bedroom homes and one two-bedroom terraced property, each with a private drive, allocated private parking space and an electric vehicle charging point.

This final phase is on a large site to the east of the existing development at Castlebank, which incorporates a restored part of the original Broadstone House.  The site will include extensive planting and landscaping and will be enhanced by the retention of many existing mature trees.

Ash Sheikh, sales and marketing director for Muir Homes, said: “We are pleased to secure planning permission for this development of luxury homes.  We expect these homes to be very popular as they are spacious, beautifully designed and desirable, and offer modern living in an attractive setting.  They are in idyllic surroundings but also in easy reach of Glasgow and local amenities.”
