The Association wishes to build 44 new homes at the old St Mark’s Primary School, having withdrawn an earlier application for just 40 homes.

The new development, if approved, would see “a mixture of mainstream and wheelchair accessible housing provided, using various sizes range of houses, flats and cottage flats to meet the housing requirements of the local community and the housing association”.

Designs by Anderson Bell + Christie outline proposals for 17 houses, eight cottage flats and 19 flats.

The plans also accommodate for parking spaces to be fitted alongside “infrastructure to allow for the future installation of electric vehicle charging points”.
