Planning approved for 35 Cumbernauld town centre apartments

Affordable housing developer Swan Group has had planning consent granted for a 35-unit development at Avon House in Cumbernauld Town Centre.

Initially divided into one bedroom flats providing bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living space, Avon House was later changed to offices but has been left unused for many years.

Swan Group is currently delivering a range of developments across the UK, working closely with housing associations and local authorities.



For the Cumbernauld development, Swan Group will work alongside project architects i10 Design and Jigsaw Planning.
