The small Glasgow business is established in creating compelling photo-realistic imagery for local property developers, architectural designers and construction companies.

The studio’s clients include major names in the Scottish property sector such as HFD Property Group, 3DReid and Chris Stewart Group.

Following Soluis Group’s continued work on major international developments and Wireframe’s strong reputation within the Scottish property and construction markets, the merge is seen as a key strategic move for both studios, offering immediate benefit for clients with an increased capacity for high-quality CGI production.

Whilst the addition of the Wireframe team will bolster the resources available to notable international and UK projects that Soluis has been commissioned to deliver, it will also extend the options available for Wireframe’s Scottish clients to access the group’s extensive capabilities across visual engagement and innovative technology platforms.

Soluis Group’s recent work includes delivering the visual engagement for Everton Football Club’s proposed stadium plans by architect Dan Meis, through a series of virtual experiences delivered on mobile applications right through to shared immersion in a Reality Portal.

Scott Grant, CEO of Soluis Group, said: “This move makes perfect sense for both parties and ensures that we continue to build differentiated value in the architectural visualisation sector in Scotland.

“Above all, this move reflects the shared value of both companies in making sure the standard of work delivered aspires to meet global standards.

“As the nature of visual engagement evolves, our aim is to offer a uniquely coordinated, scalable and collaborative approach.”

Claire McGarry, managing director of Wireframe Immersive, and her team will move into Soluis Group’s Glasgow studio, where the business is headquartered, taking the total headcount to 45.

Wireframe has seen strong sales in the past year, more than doubling from 2017 into 2018 YOY through restructuring, new appointments and strengthening client relationships.

Claire McGarry said: “We are focused on our strong relationships in the industry and this move ensures our clients will continue to receive the attentive and personalised services we pride ourselves on while offering an unparalleled level of service.”
