Featuring outstanding views of the three Forth bridges, the new community is the first development for Ambassador Living on Scotland’s east coast.

The development comprises 92 homes - including a mix of three, four and five-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments. Ambassador Living will also deliver 32 affordable homes as part of its planning commitments agreed with the City of Edinburgh Council.

The first phase of spacious, light filled homes has been released to the market this month, will appointments being taken both virtually, and from the Dakota Hotel, South Queensferry. All homes will be built to Ambassador Living’s high standard of specification, featuring designer kitchens and bathrooms throughout.

Gordon Coster, managing director of Ambassador Living, said: “It is a real landmark to commence works on our first development in The East. With more developments coming through on this side of the country, we are looking forward to introducing our premium offer and personal home-buying journey to new customers.

“South Queensferry, as a location, has it all; a great local community with an abundance of amenities, well-reputed schools and great commuter links. In addition, the views over the three bridges are truly breathtaking – making Forthview a unique opportunity.

“We have a varied mix of homes so regardless of where you are on your housing journey, there is something for everyone.

“There has been a fantastic response to our first release, with only a small number of homes remaining. We would urge anyone interested to register their interest now to avoid disappointment.”
