Aberdeen team grows at FG Burnett
Commercial property consultant FG Burnett has unveiled personnel changes within its team based in Aberdeen.
Senior building surveyor Iona Foubister has been promoted to associate. Iona joined the company as a graduate building surveyor in 2013 and qualified in 2015. A key player in the building consultancy group, Iona also leads the company’s commercial energy team, providing clients with EPC and Section 63 Assessments and advice.
Jim Johnstone, director and head of building consultancy, said: “Iona’s promotion is thoroughly deserved and reflects her high level of professionalism and commitment to the continued growth of our building consultancy service.”
In addition, Lisa Cowie has joined the company as a surveyor within the agency department. Lisa will be involved in various office and industrial instructions, supporting Graeme Nisbet, Jonathan Nesbitt and Graeme Watt. Lisa brings to the team several years’ experience in the commercial property market.
Graeme Nisbet said: “We are delighted to have Lisa join the team. Lisa’s appointment will bolster our agency team and while we continue to grow our book of instructions during difficult market conditions, it will also allow us to focus further on the acquisition market.”
Managing director Richard Noble added: “These appointments illustrate our desire to develop our people, add to our resources and drive the business forward, continually looking to deliver even better results for clients.”
