The event will be held in the Beach Ball Room (Northern Lights Room) from 1.30 pm onwards. A presentation will be given by both Elected Members and Council officers to be followed by a Q&A opportunity.

The purpose of the event is to highlight the Council’s willingness to engage with the private sector for land lead development opportunities for the provision of Council house building on developers’ land holdings. The initiative is in support of the Council’s commitment to provide 2,000 new Council homes within Aberdeen city.
