The developer has undertaken the shell and core and Cat-A works together with the construction of a new street atrium to link the three buildings, with akp scheduled to commence in January 2018.

Practical completion for the overall works is expected in August 2018.

The Fit Out will include a comprehensive specialist joinery package which is to be distributed across the new Eco Campus encompassing all three buildings – Carrick, Dunlee and Edzell.
