And finally… canny investment

A house listed on Rightmove has sparked intrigue with its unusual interior featuring a living room entirely adorned with beer cans.
The semi-detached property, located in Runcorn, Cheshire, is currently on the market with a guide price of £185,000.
While the exterior of the house appears quite ordinary, a peek inside reveals a rather distinctive decor. Internal photos show beer cans from brands like Stella Artois and Fosters covering the living room walls from floor to ceiling, leaving no part of the wall visible.
In addition, the kitchen is littered with rubbish, and various odd items are scattered around the house, including binoculars positioned at the downstairs window and England flags hanging from the ceiling.
Despite its unconventional look, estate agents Ready Steady Sold, who are handling the sale, describe it as an “ideal family home”, praising its “spacious and well-proportioned layout”, reports the Manchester Evening News.
The listing emphasises the property’s “updated and contemporary” kitchen and bathroom, “modern comforts”, and its “larger than average” garden.
The property description reads: “Stepping inside, you’ll find a well-maintained and tastefully decorated interior, with generous living spaces that cater perfectly to modern family life. The kitchen has been modernised with an integrated hob and oven, while the bathroom is fitted with a contemporary suite, including an electric shower for added convenience.”
