This is according to the Forest of Dean District Council, which wants millionaire accountant Graham Wildin, who built the cave; to pay for the destruction of the site. 

The building held within it a bowling alley, casino and cinema and had been embroiled in a lengthy legal battle where Mr Wildin received multiple court orders to demolish the building and served time in prison for refusing to do so.

The council eventually demolished the Cinderford building last year. It said it has started proceedings to reclaim the costs from Mr Wildin, BBC News reports.
