A landmark building on a hillside with a notorious dinosaur head on its roof enjoying an outlook over the small coastal village of Cullen and out to sea is set to go under the hammer.
The retail unit with development potential commands a prominent location on the north side of the A98 Bayview Road close to Seafield Street, the main retail area in Cullen.
Mark McQueen, partner at Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, said: “The 1500 sq ft property, previously used for retail and showroom purposes, enjoys a very visible location on the hillside with an outlook over Cullen and out to sea.
“We believe the building lends itself to alternative uses, including café, restaurant, office or for residential purposes. Interested parties should make enquiries with the local planning authority to establish the suitability of their intended use.
“It should be noted that the dinosaur is available by way of separate negotiation or can be removed from the building prior to sale.”
The property is set to go under the hammer with a guide price of £120,000 in a live-streamed auction on Thursday 22nd February.
