The Mormond Dog Hotel and Spa project will be built within the grounds of an existing home near Memsie.

The kennels, complete with an outdoor exercise area, underfloor heating and raised beds, are designed to offer accommodation for up to 10 canines.

Six conditions have been set out by Aberdeenshire Council before construction can begin.

These relate to road safety improvements and ensuring the new property has adequate drainage.
