The Zammit family refused the offer to part with their Windsor Castle-style home, refusing to suggest a counteroffer to the developers and continuing to live in the property.

The new build estate is located in The Ponds area near Quakers Hill outside of Sydney city centre. Due to the neighbourhood being altered by developers, the property now stands out against all the new builds which circle it, LADBible reports.
