Keen skater and mechanic Rob Marsden built the park himself so he could enjoy his favourite pastime from the comfort of his own home in Terrington St Clement, Norfolk.

Rob wants £240,000 for the three-bedroom semi-detached converted village hall, which also boasts a designer kitchen, lounge and bathroom.
