Shi Shenwei does not take a nap at noon as most construction workers do. The 23-year-old migrant worker from Longjiaoshan village, Dazhi city in Central China’s Hubei province, takes the time to exercise among the scaffolds at the construction site.

Shi’s job is to carry bricks. He is required to carry 3,000 to 5,000 bricks every day.

The hobby of exercising, however, has changed his life, making him an online celebrity with a million fans. It is said that he can earn tens of thousands of yuan (£1,221-12,214) per month from fitness advertisement.
