And finally… striking gold
A construction worker from Catonsville, Baltimore County, has claimed a $100,000 top prize in the 50X The Cash game.
The $10 scratch-off game turned fortune’s favour onto the worker, who discovered the life-changing sum upon matching one of the winning numbers at home.
While still undecided about how to use his winnings, the possibility of buying a car is on the horizon, though he told the Shore News Network: “It’s too early to tell.”
The gas station that sold the winning scratch-off will be rewarded with a $1,000 bonus from the Lottery. With this being the second top-prize winning ticket of the game, eight $100,000 prizes, nine $50,000 prizes, and numerous other prizes remain up for grabs, promising more excitement and win in the community.
