And finally... style it out

Harry Styles has obtained permission to build a £29 million mansion in Hampstead, North London, but only with an unusual condition.

The former One Direction member’s new home will be located in an exclusive area of the city known for its strict planning regulations.

To ensure that the construction, which is scheduled to be completed in approximately two years, blends harmoniously with the environment, local authorities have stipulated that the design of the mansion must include two special access points to allow hedgehogs to pass through its gardens in search of food and mates.

In addition, the project will include the installation of two bat boxes, multiple artificial nests for local birds, two insect hotels and several hedgehog houses. Dead log piles should also be created to provide shelter for fungi, beetles, amphibians and small mammals.

Harry Styles has until next May to start the necessary work on his project, because if he does not, he will have to cover again the costs of the studies requested by the authorities for a construction of this type.

“If it does not meet the May start deadline imposed by Barnet Council, it will have to carry out costly studies again,” detailed The Sun.
