Apprenticeship secured for Redpath work experience employee
A work experience employee at Redpath Construction has secured a CITB apprenticeship with its subcontractor JHC.
Liam Bryce was gaining experience at Redpath’s NHS projects in Wishaw and most recently at RAH in Paisley. He was able to help secure this position by proving that he could attend work every day on time, demonstrate a willingness to work, learn and follow instructions.
A spokesperson for Redpath said: “This is now the second young person we have been able to secure a position for with one of our subcontractors. We are also supporting the Kickstart Programme and currently have James Pilling working as a labourer on our conservation refurbishment project at Camphill Gate, Shawlands.”
