The project, which includes the construction of 16 new build homes and six self-build plots, was designed by architects 56three and received planning approval at the Perth & Kinross Council Planning and Placemaking Committee on November 15th, 2023.

One of the key features of this development is its focus on sustainability, with numerous eco-friendly features implemented to reduce energy consumption and running costs over the lifetime of each home.

Additionally, six affordable self-build dwelling houses will be included in the development, allowing local families to build their ideal homes in a flexible and adaptable way.
