Artisan welcomes latest hire to Edinburgh office
Scottish property company Artisan Real Estate Investors has announced the recruitment of a new regional development manager for Scotland and the North of England.
Myles Thomas, who joins Artisan with over nine years’ experience in the development industry, will be focussing on acquiring and delivering new projects in city centres across Scotland and the North of England.
Having worked for companies such as Persimmon, Redrow, Berkeley and Curo Homes, Myles has gained experience working on small, bespoke sites as well as larger regeneration projects.
Clive Wilding, project director at Artisan Real Estate Investors, said: “With so many prestigious projects ahead of us in 2018, it was important for us at Artisan to continue to grow and strengthen our management team.
“Myles’ proven track record within the development industry made him a clear front runner for the position and I am positive he will excel in overseeing our many projects across Scotland and the North of England.”
Myles Thomas, regional development manager at Artisan Real Estate Investors, said: “I am really looking forward to starting with Artisan, who have achieved such great success in Scotland over a short time frame. I have worked in the development industry for nearly ten years so I can’t wait to get started and use this success to build and develop even more quality sites in key UK cities.”
Artisan recently celebrated the ‘topping out’ of the new UK government hub planned for New Waverley in Edinburgh.
