The £40.9 million 27-acre development is located on Aurs Road just eight miles southwest of Glasgow. The new phase of homes will feature a selection of three, four and five-bedroom semi-detached and detached properties across a number of Avant Homes design-led housetypes.

Construction has commenced on-site with the first homes of the new phase now for sale and due to be available in spring 2021. The showhomes are also due to open in February 2021.

Weavers Lea’s first phase of houses included 26 high-quality three and four-bedroom new build homes across six different housetypes and is now 90% sold ahead of the launch of the second phase of homes.
