Among the new two, three and four-bedroom homes at the 223-home development, is the two-bedroom The Cranford housetype, which eligible purchasers can buy for 80% of the market value, but still benefit from owning 100% of their home, through the initiative.

The Golden Share scheme requires buyers to have a local connection to where they’re looking to purchase, a requirement for a property of the size they have an interest in and evidence they’re not able to solely purchase a home without the scheme. Following the purchase of a Golden Share home, owners will be able to sell their homes in the future for 80% of the current market value. 

The Cranford homes are located within the heart of the development overlooking the village green and come complete with a design-led specification, open-plan living space, utility room and two double bedrooms.
