Believed to be the first scheme of its kind in the UK to be offered by a homebuilder, Avant Perx gives buyers access to exclusive discounts and special offers from a whole host of popular high street brands.

Avant Perx is available for buyers to use from the day of completion on their new property and is valid for an entire year. Once signed up to the scheme members can take advantage of special offers from big brands including John Lewis, Alton Towers, Waitrose, EE, The White Company and more.

There are also rewards available allowing buyers to save money on their utility bills helping to keep the cost of running their new home down.

Avant is also the first housebuilder to partner with British Gas to offer Hive wireless thermostats as standard in all homes and is the only UK housebuilder to provide Hotpoint’s Class 9 cooking collection as part of its integrated appliances.
