Balfour Beatty appoints new senior independent non-executive director

Anne Drinkwater is to succeed Dr Stephen Billingham as senior independent non-executive director at Balfour Beatty.
Ms Drinkwater has been a non-executive director at the infrastructure group since December 2018.
She will continue as chair of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee.
Dr Billingham will step down from the board following the 2024 AGM on May 9th.
