The nominations are for its Aden Meadows development in Mintlaw where it is a finalist in the House of the Year and Housing Development of the Year (Large, Private Sale) categories. In addition to this, Bancon Homes’ Reserve at Eden development in Aberdeen is also a finalist for the Show Home of the Year.
