Barratt Homes expands offering at Winchburgh with 33 new homes
Barratt Homes is to extend the offering at its Caisteal Gardens development in Winchburgh, Broxburn by adding 33 new homes to its build programme.
This additional phase of construction includes the four-bedroom ‘Cullen’, as well as the three-bedroom semi-detached ‘Craigend’ and the spacious four-bedroom ‘Fenton’.
In addition, several of the new properties from Barratt Homes will include charging points for electric vehicles on selected plots.
Anne Ross, sales director for Barratt Homes East Scotland, said: “This latest unveiling at Caisteal Gardens allows us to bring even more options to those looking to move to Winchburgh, which is currently one of the largest and most exciting placemaking projects in the country.
“We know that the homes we have on the development have already been incredibly popular and the release of these new five-star homes will open up the development to a new audience.”
