The housebuilder, whose Scotland West Division is based in Hamilton, achieved a score of over 90%which signifies that more than nine in ten of its customers would recommend the developer to a friend.

The prestigious accolade of HBF 5 Star Rating is given to companies who achieve a 90%or higher rating in the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. This takes a snapshot of the views of customers moving into new-build homes in the past 12 months.

Bellway West is currently building new homes across Glasgow, Argyle & Bute, Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, Lanarkshire.
