Edinburgh-based bid management firm AM Bid has been acquired by Bidding Limited, a provider of bid consultancy and software solutions.

The acquisition is aligned with Bidding Limited’s goal to expanding its market reach across all sectors, boosting its service offerings and enhancing its existing product portfolio. The companies have a combined track record of over £3 billion worth of successful bids and an 80% win rate.
