Building services provider appointed to Kintore House restoration
Glasgow-based building services provider Arc-Tech (Scotland) Ltd has been appointed to deliver a turnkey M&E solution for the refurbishment and fit out of Kintore House located in Edinburgh’s city centre.
Led by main contractor GHI Contracts, works will be performed to upgrade the former extended townhouse to create 82 serviced apartments including fit out to all communal areas.
Arc-Tech has been trading since May 2016 offering a diverse range of Mechanical and Electrical services, so far undertaking a wide range of projects across central Scotland. The refurbishment of Kintore House will have an extensive list of services carried out over including air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, electrical installations, lighting, IT and CCTV / security.
