Business Fours set to be a smash next week with support of Kinetic Demolition
Golfing professionals from Scotland’s Construction, Housing & Property sector will take part for their chance to be crowned national business golf champions 2018.
It won’t be just the fairways and trees getting smashed as demolition and industrial dismantling specialists, Kinetic Demolition will be sponsoring the prizes for the event.
Director James Warren said: “We are delighted to be supporting Business Fours this year and see the sponsorship as a great opportunity to align our brand with a tournament that is supporting so many fantastic charities throughout Scotland. Through our work here at Kinetic Demolition we understand CSR is a big focus for many of our clients in the construction sector and wish all the teams taking part good luck for the event.”
Scotland’s national business golf tournament teed off this week in Glasgow with the first of five qualifying events across the country.
Four more teams from the Construction, Housing & Property event will be looking to secure their place at the national final on the Torrance Course at St Andrews on May 30th. The date for Construction, Housing & Property professionals is Thursday 26th April at the Championship course at MacDonald Cardrona supported by industry partners, Scottish Construction Now, Scottish Housing News and the Scottish Property Federation.
The Scottish Construction Now team will be dusting off their clubs with a stellar line up of companies already involved as they join golfers from Stewart Milne Homes, CBC, Malcolm Hollis, Shepherd Surveyors, Careys, City Building Engineering Services, Axiom PSL and Advance Construction.
The main aim of those taking part is to make new connections with Gregor Porteous, commercial valuation surveyor from Shepherd Surveyors, saying: “Business Fours is an excellent opportunity to meet other professionals within the industry and explore potential new relationships.”
This is facilitated through Business Fours unique golf day formula with most teams of 4 being split up for their round to maximise networking opportunities on the day.
As with all events under the Business Fives umbrella a strong charity element will run throughout the tournament with 10% of all revenue going into a charity pot, which will go to the winners of the national final and causes like the RICS LandAid Pledge 150 campaign are being well supported at the event.
There is still time to tee up at Business Fours Construction, Housing & Property event which caters for all levels of golfing abilities, more detail of which can be found here.
