As part of its Community Pledge initiative, kind-hearted members of the Cala team helped collect 17 bags of litter in the North Lanarkshire community.

The community litter pick is part of Cala’s environmental and sustainability objectives which form a key part of the housebuilder’s Community Pledge for the Earls Rise development located off Cumbernauld Road.

Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director of Cala Homes (West), said: “Cala is proud to be part of the Stepps community now that our Earl’s Rise development has fully launched including our two brand-new showhomes. This litter pick is the first of many steps to reinforce of our commitment to the local community.

“Looking after the communities that we build in is very important especially as this is part of our ongoing Community Pledge initiative which will run for the full lifecycle of our Earls Rise development.”
