CALA submits plans for Aberdeen city centre development
CALA Homes has submitted a planning application to Aberdeen City Council for a development at 22 King’s Gate.
The application outlines a proposal for the creation of 49 one and two bedroom apartments.
Ross Maclennan, land director at CALA Homes (North), said: “We are very pleased to submit this application which will transform a currently disused redundant site into high quality, desirable homes in keeping with CALA’s exacting standards.
“This will present a rare opportunity to purchase a CALA property in the heart of the city’s west end and we anticipate significant interest in this development from a wide range of buyers, from young professionals to downsizers, should planning approval be granted.
“We look forward to the Council’s decision in due course.”
