Caledonian Cranes makes light work of staircase installation

A Maeda CC1485 was recently deployed to execute a contract lift at the James Hutton Institute in Dundee.
Tasked to Pick and Carry then lift the staircase section weighing up to 2T into place, there was little room to manoeuvre a crane in but the Maeda CC1485’s compact footprint and 2T pick and carry made it possible.
The CC1485’s powerful lifting capacity of up to 6 tons ensured that the staircase section could be safely lifted and transported without any issues.
