Cambuslang Football Club kicks off season with new kits thanks to sponsor from Dawn Homes
Cambuslang Football Club, 2010 Blacks team, has unveiled their new season kits thanks to sponsors Dawn Homes.
Designed in striking red and black, the new uniforms mirror the signature colours of both the community football group and the leading Glasgow housebuilder and have already proved popular with the budding footballers aged between 13 and 14 years old.
Paul Cuthbert, Cambuslang FC 2010 Blacks team head coach/team secretary, said: “We’re incredibly grateful to Dawn Homes for their generous sponsorship and the 2010 teams’ new kit for the 2024/5 season.
“As a team run solely by local volunteers, their support goes a long way in sustaining the running of the club. The uniforms have been a hit with the team, and it really helps to create a sense of belonging and pride on the pitch.”
The sponsorship reflects Dawn Homes’ continued commitment to the Cambuslang community, showcased by its nearby Camas Walk development. With a variety of three, four and five bedroom family homes, Camas Walk has been designed with modern living in mind and is perfectly suited for growing families and professional couples alike.
Dawn Homes managing director, Andy Curran, added: “At Dawn Homes, we believe in supporting the communities wherein we build our homes, helping to strengthen local connections and encourage active lifestyles.
“It’s inspiring to see the hard work and dedication of the volunteers who run the Cambuslang Football Club, and we’re proud to play a small part in helping these young players thrive both on and off the field.
“Our nearby Camas Walk development has been very popular so far with a range of buyers who are looking for highly quality homes in a thriving local community and we’re thrilled to support community groups in the area.”
