Launching in early 2025, Pitcairn Gardens will feature four of Campion Homes’ recognisable and house types. It will also include two brand new house styles specially designed for this development, the Willow, a three-bed semi-detached bungalow, and the Rowan, a four-bedroom detached home.

Pitcairn Gardens will be Campion Homes’ fourth active private development and further strengthens the company’s presence across its historical heartland of Fife and central Scotland. Longer-term, Pitcairn Gardens will also include 19 affordable homes, built for Kingdom Housing Association.
