CBES strengthens relationship with M&S
City Building Engineering Services (CBES) has been appointed by major UK retailer Marks & Spencer to deliver projects across the UK as part of the retailer’s space adjustment programme.
Launching in October and due for completion at the end of the year, City Building Engineering Services’ construction division will undertake a total of twelve space adjustment projects. The works will be undertaken entirely out of hours to ensure no impact to customers or disruption occurs to each of the stores’ trading.
The appointment to the programme follows City Building Engineering Services’ successful completion of prior projects carried out over a five month period from March to July this year.
Fraser Allan, managing director of City Building Engineering Services, said: “We’re delighted to have secured new projects with M&S which further strengthens our relationship. Our construction team have an excellent track record of undertaking refurbishment projects in occupied environments and we look forward to successfully delivering these projects for M&S.”
