CCG appointed to SPA window and door framework
CCG (Scotland) has been appointed to a new, £30 million window and door supplier framework launched by the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA).
Led by LHC on behalf of SPA, ‘WD2’ covers the manufacture, supply, and installation of PVCu, timber and aluminium-clad windows and doors to local authorities, social landlords, and other public sector bodies for both residential and non-residential projects.
The framework features three workstreams, covering:
- Manufacture, supply and installation of PVCu Windows and Doors
- Manufacture, supply and installation of Timber Windows and Doors
- Manufacture, supply and installation of Aluminium Clad Windows and Doors
Operational from three bespoke premises in Cambuslang, CCG Manufacturing, a subsidiary of CCG (Scotland), designs and manufactures PVCu windows and doors as well as enhanced timber door sets. The business supports the group’s main construction activities whilst full supply and fit services are capable of being delivered for planned maintenance solutions via the integrated services of CCG Asset Management.
Through the combination of CNC machinery and expert craftsmanship, CCG is capable of offering a range of products that deliver improved quality, durability, and security characteristics as well as advanced acoustic and low U-value performance to support the long-term maintenance requirements of our clients as well as helping to reduce heat loss in the home.
